You know it is funny how a lot of times we over think things, I know that I do. And in the end when things turn out ok, you beat yourself up for putting yourself through all that you did because you were over thinking. Everything works itself out, one way or another and it is in the end when you need to deal with the result. But I have also learned that it is ok to speak up and move things a long a bit and I am happy that I did so. Things seem to be moving in the right direction now and the world has stopped spinning so fast.
My dumb moment for the week was sitting in my car with the motor off but the lights on, needless to say I drained the battery. If they would have not have passed the law in PA that you must have your head lights on when using your windshield wipers, this incident probably would not have happend. But it was another lesson learned, that and I really need to buy a set of jumper cables.
The weekend was spent in the company of good friends and people I care about. I think sometimes I do not realize how lucky I am to have the friends and the people in my life that I do, but as I laid in bed last night thinking about the weekend I realized that I am very fortunate and greatful for the people that I have in my life. And I know that things my not always be smooth sailing, but I have a lot of support in my friends and in myself.

How well I know the trouble that over thinking can create. It can truly turn a molehill into a mountain, can't it? Over thinking and leaping to conclusions are two of the more damaging things I do to myself. More than once I've reminded myself that good things happen when I just get the heck out of my own way.
I'm glad you have good friends to hang out with and have fun with.
Single woman advice here... get yourself one of those roadside emergency kits for your car. They're very affordable and you'll be glad you did. I've never had to use mine for my car, but I've been able to help out a time or two.

My car's headlight automatically come on, thank goodness. But now anytime I drive someone else's car, I can barely even figure out how to turn on the lights.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
